Moving & Deliveries:
1) Register with Management Office (623-1532) at least 24 hours in advance to reserve move/delivery date and time.
2) Allowed from 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday thru Saturday (no moves/deliveries on recognized Federal or State holidays).
3) Large items defined as items over 4 feet in length and in excess of 150 lbs.
4) Blocking of walkways or lobbies is strictly prohibited.
Utilities:
1) Residents are responsible for starting or stopping service for electricity, telephone and cable television.

4) Oceanic Time Warner Cable: 643-2337
Rubbish:
1) Each floor has a rubbish chute. Please bag your rubbish.
2) Item is to large if it has to be folded or bent to get past chute door.
3) Please bring large, heavy items to bins on first floor.
4) No pizza boxes or pouring chemicals into rubbish chute.
5) No construction materials allowed in residential rubbish.
